Policies and best practices to keep things running smoothly
Photos of your pet may be used for promotional, marketing and social media outlets, along with some general info about your pet. You can opt out simply by letting me know you would not like your pet's photo or story shared.
I book months in advanced. Once your fiber is received, I will confirm and let you know the rough time frame for your project. Please allow 1-2 days once your shipment has arrived to hear from me. Once the month your order is scheduled arrives, I will contact you again to confirm the details. Please respond promptly to ensure you do not lose your place in the que. If I don't receive confirmation within 5 business days of the request for confirmation, your project is removed from the production schedule and rescheduled for the next available booking once confirmation is made. SO be sure to add me to your address book and be on the lookout for an email in the month that your project is scheduled. Once confirmed, your invoice will be sent and work will begin once payment is made.
All work is custom and all sales are final.
If you send fiber that has evidence of insect infestation it will be refused and kept outdoors. You will need to arrange pick up and return shipping.
Payment is due when work begins on your project. Orders not paid within 14 days of the invoice date are cancelled. If you would like your order to be rescheduled, it will be booked for my next available booking slot. If you request it be returned, you can do so within those 14 days and you must send me the shipping label.
I ship priority mail and international first class with tracking. Shipping costs are added to your invoice. You will receive a shipping notification from USPS. Once your order has shipped I am not responsible for its whereabouts. If you would like a signature to be required at delivery you must inform me before your order ships. The cost for required signature will be added to your shipping cost.
